Jessica Rhoades

Founder and CEO - London/Los Angeles

Jessica Rhoades has committed her career to fostering creative voices, and in 2018, launched her production shingle, Pacesetter Productions, to focus on bringing the projects of new and established writers to life. Rhoades is an executive producer on Charlie Brooker’s groundbreaking, world-wide sensation, “Black Mirror,” for Netflix, Susanna Fogel & David Iserson’s “Ponies” for Peacock and Jesse McKeown’s “Below” for Netflix.

Previously, Rhoades executive produced the seven-time Emmy nominated HBO Max limited series “Station Eleven” from creator Patrick Somerville and director Hiro Murai. Rhoades served as an executive producer on Gillian Flynn’s Amazon Studios' “Utopia,” and season two of the critically acclaimed Alexandra Cunningham-created series “Dirty John,” starring Amanda Peet and Christian Slater. Rhoades executive produced the critically acclaimed HBO series “Sharp Objects,” based on the novel by Gillian Flynn and adapted by Marti Noxon, starring Amy Adams and directed by Jean-Marc Vallee. “Sharp Objects” was nominated for three Golden Globes and eight Emmys, including nominations for Best Limited Series for both. Rhoades lives in London with her husband and two children — where she relishes seasons and weekends in the park, but still dreams of American drip coffee.

Mark Kinsella

Executive Vice President, Head of Production - London/Los Angeles

Mark Kinsella came in-house at Pacesetter in 2024, after working as supervising producer across the entirety of ten-time Emmy nominated season seven of “Black Mirror.” He has over 20 years of experience in the industry and a portfolio that covers drama and comedy across both the UK and international markets. Previously, he served as co-producer on the critically acclaimed fifth season of “Black Mirror,” as well as the Emmy Award winning interactive film “Bandersnatch." 

Other producing credits include the Olivia Colman fronted “Great Expectations” for FX and BBC, the hit drama “Anatomy of a Scandal” and stylish thriller “White Lines,” both for Netflix. Earlier in his career, he co-produced the final season of the Emmy nominated comedy series “Episodes.”

Mark has also worked as a line producer on the BAFTA-winning “Happy Valley,” as well as “C.B. Strike: The Cuckoo’s Calling, The Silkworm, Career of Evil”, ” “The Innocents,” “Jonathan Creek,” and “Grandma’s House” for BBC, and two seasons of “Trollied,” the supermarket based comedy he set up for Sky. Mark is based in London with his family and Portuguese water dog Bruno, but enjoys working worldwide - he’s waiting for a show set in a ski resort!

Alison Mo Massey

Louise Sutton

Executive Producer - London

Louise Sutton is a double BAFTA, RTS, and Emmy award-winning producer with extensive experience in high-end TV production and development. Currently she’s an executive producer on Jesse McKeown’s “Below” for Netflix, starring Josh Hartnett, Mackenzie Davies and Charlie Heaton. This follows her work producing Dennis Kelly’s “Waiting for the Out” for BBC One. Recently she produced “Eulogy” in season seven of “Black Mirror,” after having worked as a consulting-producer across season six, and producing “Metalhead” and the original four time Emmy Award winning “USS Callister” in season four.

Previously, Louise led the House North office at House Productions, focusing on northern-themed comedies and dramas, collaborating with writers such as Sophie Willan, Maxine Peake, Chris Bush, Louis Paxton, and Sarah Quintrell. As a freelance producer, Louise’s credits include “Butterfly,” “Home Fires,” “Death In Paradise,” “Midsomer Murders,” “Jekyll and Hyde” and “Coronation Street.” Lou's passions include vintage clothes, Takeshi Murakami and Barry's Bootcamp.

Alison Mo Massey

Executive Vice President - Los Angeles

Alison Mo Massey joined Pacesetter in 2023 after two years running Jim Parsons' production company, That's Wonderful! Prods based at WBTV. While there she co-executive produced Fox's “Call Me Kat,” starring Mayim Bialik for three seasons. In 2021, she produced “Spoiler Alert” for Focus Features starring Jim Parsons and Ben Aldridge, directed by Michael Showalter. She also produced two seasons of “Special” for Netflix, created by and starring Ryan O'Connell. Prior to That's Wonderful!, she executive produced the documentary “Strange Negotiations,” which premiered at SXSW in 2019.

She began her career at Seth Gordon's Exhibit A Film, where she worked on “Identity Thief,” starring Melissa McCarthy and Jason Bateman, as well as “The Goldbergs,” “The Good Doctor,” “Sneaky Pete,” “Atypical,” “The Jim Gaffigan Show,” “Marry Me” and “Breaking In.” She also co-produced the 2015 Documentary “Finders Keepers.” Alison is based in Los Angeles with her husband, two kids and a cattle dog - all of whom are redheads.

Rebecca Ozer

Development Producer - London

Rebecca Ozer joined the Pacesetter team in March 2023 and has since worked across the development and production of “Cunk on Cinema,” “Untitled Charlie Brooker Project,” “Black Mirror,” “Thronglets” the game, and a range of projects actively in development. Previously, they had a mix of hybrid international experience, also supporting a Starz UK/US writer’s room and collaborating with the British Film Institute. Originally from New York, they know a thing or two about Jewish deli shtick, but after living in the UK for eight years, it’s safe to say they’re officially a marmite aficionado.

Travis Ing

Director of Development - Los Angeles

Travis Ing joined Pacesetter in 2026 after working at Lena Waithe’s Hillman Grad, where he developed TV projects at Amazon, Netflix, HBO, WBTV and worked on features like 2023 Sundance Grand Jury Prize winner A THOUSAND AND ONE for Focus Features. He also helped run the Indeed Rising Voices program for Hillman Grad – a shorts program for launching emerging filmmakers with distinctive perspectives. He produced 50 shorts over the program's five season run. Previously, he started his entertainment career at WME in the TV lit department. He is based in LA and tries to find any excuse to walk and talk or drink tea from imperfect cups.

Asia Gordon

Coordinator - Los Angeles

Asia Gordon is thrilled to have grown into Coordinator after originally joining the Pacesetter team as an assistant in 2023. Previously, she worked at Hello Sunshine on their scripted Film and TV team. Her prior experience includes Innovative Artists and being an on-set production assistant for the shows “The Dropout” and “The L Word: Generation Q.” Outside of the office, you can find her on long walks around Los Angeles, or watering her garden with her cat Stevie.

Charlie Rankin

Executive Assistant to Jessica Rhoades

Charlie Rankin came up through ADing and assisting a number of producers and directors across the UK (“Deadpool & Wolverine,” “The Woman in Cabin 10,” “Hijack,” “Luther,” “Damsel”). If you asked what her favourite TV show is, she would say the first season of “True Detective.” But the honest truth is that it’s “H2O: Just Add Water.”

Josiah Charles Galang is excited to be working at Pacesetter after studying Film & TV Production at The London Screen Academy. Previously, he was a Photography Assistant, and has worked across a variety of short form content. When he's not around the office, you can usually find him at the theatre.
