Jessica Rhoades
Founder and CEO
Jessica has committed her career to fostering creative voices, and in 2018, launched her production shingle, Pacesetter Productions, to focus on bringing the projects of new and established writers to life. Rhoades is currently an executive producer on Charlie Brooker’s groundbreaking, Netflix world-wide sensation, “Black Mirror,” Susanna Fogel & David Iserson’s upcoming “Ponies” for Peacock and Jesse McKeown’s Newfoundland project for Netflix. Previously, Rhoades executive produced the seven-time Emmy nominated HBO Max limited series “Station Eleven” from creator Patrick Somerville and director Hiro Murai. Rhoades served as an executive producer on Gillian Flynn’s Amazon Studios' “Utopia,” and season two of the critically acclaimed Alexandra Cunningham-created series “Dirty John,” starring Amanda Peet and Christian Slater.
Additionally, Rhoades executive produced the critically acclaimed HBO series “Sharp Objects,” based on the novel by Gillian Flynn and adapted by Marti Noxon, starring Amy Adams and directed by Jean-Marc Vallee. “Sharp Objects” was nominated for three Golden Globes and eight Emmys, including nominations for Best Limited Series for both.
Rhoades lives in London with her husband and two children — where she relishes seasons and weekends in the park, but still dreams of American drip coffee.

Bryan joined Pacesetter in October of 2021 and has since risen to Director of Development at the company. Previously he was at CBS Network where he worked in the Drama Development department on several shows including "Evil", "The Equalizer", and those in Dick Wolf's "FBI" franchise. Prior to CBS, Daly worked as an assistant at Management 360 with such clients as Kirsten Dunst, Tobey Maguire, and Rooney Mara and, before that, at Gaumont International Television on such shows as "Narcos" and "Hannibal". Rebecca Ozer
Development Producer
Rebecca joined the Pacesetter team in March 2023 and has since been thrilled to work across Black Mirror, the Thronglets Game, and a range of projects actively in development. Previously, they had a mix of hybrid international experience, also supporting a Starz UK/US writer’s room and collaborating with the British Film Institute. Originally from New York, they know a thing or two about Jewish shtick and delis, but after living in the UK for seven years, it’s safe to say they’re officially a marmite aficionado.

Charlie Rankin
Executive Assistant to Jessica Rhoades
Charlie joined the Pacesetter team in 2025, after assisting a number of producers and directors, and working in the AD department prior to that (Deadpool & Wolverine, The Woman in Cabin 10, Hijack, Luther, Damsel). If you asked what her favourite TV show is, she would say the first season of True Detective. But the honest truth is that it’s H2O: Just Add Water.
